Lesson 10 of 10
In Progress

February 14th, 2024

First lesson fro advanced dancers after Buenos Aires!
Lead her a back cross and find different continuations.
The first option is to get out simple and slow, the leader simply switches his body weight from left to right to left without moving his feet from the floor.
The second option is for the leader to take a step to “the other side”, which is a bit more difficult but it helps you find the internal rotation of your left knee to be able to walk to the other side.
The third option is to lead her a “cunita” right after her back cross. The first difficulty of this is that now the leader has to manage to lead her back cross without taking the back step with his right leg.
The second difficulty is to make her understand that she has to uncross by simply going forward (somehow, most followers will tend to get into volcada instead of simply taking a forward step)
